  • Your first session takes around 90 minutes. Follow-up scans are about 30 minutes each.

  • We'll send you simple instructions before your first appointment - there is nothing complicated and your current fitness level does not matter.

  • No. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, performance, or just understanding your body better, the data is useful and the plan is tailored to you.

  • We have an ongoing option where you can continue with monthly scans, plan updates and support.  Many clients find this helps them, but there is no commitment.  We'll talk through options towards the end - no pressure either way.

  • We educate and guide, we don't diagnose or treat. If you have specific concerns, we'd recommend speaking with your GP alongside this programme. The data we provide can actually be helpful context for those conversations.

  • We are based in Newtownards, around 20 minutes from Belfast, Northern Ireland.  All appointments are in person.
