What happens during your scan?
Unlike other methods involving body fat callipers, B.I.A devices or DEXA machines, our process is simple, fast, non-invasive and safe for absolutely everyone.
You’ll step onto a specialised platform in comfortable form-fitting clothing while the scanner captures a 360° view of your body.
The process is fast, contactless and private. Our system then compiles the information into your 3D avatar, calculates your body composition, measurements, circumferences, and posture details.

Absolutely! Unlike other methods which use radiation or electrical impulses, our technology uses harmless infra-red light (just like your TV remote). It's safe for absolutely everyone, even pregnant women or those with a pacemaker
During the scan, infrared light is reflected off your body which the machine uses make its measurements. The scanner cannot ‘see’ through clothing. For that reason, it’s recommended to wear clothes which are as form fitting as possible - the more the machine’s sensors can ‘see’, the more accurate your results will be.
As an example, women may wear gym gear, sports underwear, swimwear or plain black underwear. If you prefer, leggings or cycling shorts which are figure hugging, but not too tight, along with a sport top. For men, form fitting boxers or shorts are perfect.
Wrinkles and folds of loose clothing or baggy shorts can mask changes to your body, and will make it hard to accurately track progress as you lose fat and your body's shape and size changes
Long hair should be tied back, away from your neck.
The scan is always completed in a private setting, and your privacy is of upmost importance. Your scan will never be shared.
Many people get scanned every 6-8 weeks if they are tracking changes, but you can choose a schedule that suits your goals and budget
