Scope and Definitions

1.1 Body Blueprints 360 Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides various health and fitness assessment services, including but not limited to, body scanning and metabolic testing.


1.2 You (“the customer”) refers to any individual booking or using these services.

By booking an appointment with Body Blueprints 360 Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Appointments

2.1 Appointment Availability


All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment maintenance or staff illness). In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

2.2 Booking Channels
Appointments can be made:

  • Online through our website at bodyblueprints.com

  • In person at our facility

2.3 Confirmation
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee.

3.2 Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee up to 100% of the appointment cost.  This fee helps cover our lost revenue and resource allocation, as we are often unable to fill last-minute cancellations.

3.3 How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • You can cancel or reschedule by emailing support@bodyblueprints.com, or using our online booking system if that functionality is available.

Fees and Payments

4.1 Payment Due
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival for the appointment, as specified during the booking process.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (online)

  • Credit or debit card (in-person)

4.3 Pricing

  • Prices for all services are displayed on our website or provided upon request

  • All prices are in GBP and are subject to change.

 

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
 

Health, Safety, and Suitability

5.1 Customer Responsibility

  • Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns prior to booking, so we can advise on service suitability.

  • By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you are in a suitable physical state and have consulted a qualified healthcare professional if necessary.

5.2 Regulatory Compliance

Accuracy of Results and Disclaimer

6.1 Informational Purposes Only

  • Result sets and reports generated as a result of our services, including any body scanning or metabolic tests, are provided for informational purposes only.

 

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

6.2 Professional Advice

  • Actions taken on the basis of results should be considered in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

 

We do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions

6.3 Limitation of Liability

  • While we use advanced tools and trained professionals, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results in every instance.

  • To the fullest extent permissible by law, Body Blueprints 360 Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
