By scheduling an appointment or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
Timeframe for Refund Requests

More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Refunds

Service Cancellation by Body Blueprints 360 Limited
If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff illness, equipment failure, or facility closure), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Unsuitability or Inability to Proceed
If upon arrival we determine you are not suitable for a specific service (e.g. due to undisclosed medical conditions), we may offer a partial refund or reschedule, depending on individual circumstances.
Inability to proceed based on your non-compliance with essential pre-test preparations provided to you counts as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

No-Show Appointments
Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation counts as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Dissatisfaction with Results
Our services provide health and fitness assessments for informational purposes only. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with or the interpretation of test results.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible by email at: support@bodyblueprints.com.

Once your request is received and verified, any approved refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method initially used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. If significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via email or other communication channels.
