Our metabolic specialists interpret your test results in language you'll understand, answering your specific questions and helping you apply the insights to your unique situation. Although our services come with comprehensive reports written in easy-to-understand language, you can get even deeper insights with an extended consultation. This is perfect if: - You're preparing for a specific competition or event - You have complex considerations that affect your training - You want to fine-tune your nutrition strategy based on your metabolic profile - You've hit a plateau and need expert guidance to break through - You're managing recovery from injury or overtraining - You want to coordinate our findings with your existing training programme 30-Minute Deep Dive (One Test): Focused analysis of either your RMR or AMR results with personalised recommendations. 60-Minute Comprehensive Review (Both Tests): Complete metabolic assessment with integrated strategies for training, nutrition, and recovery optimisation. Extended consultations take place via video call at a time of your choosing. All consultations include follow-up action points and the option to record your session for future reference.

Our extended consultations take place via video call at a time of your choosing, in conjunction with our metabolic specialist's availability. When you purchase an extended consultation, we will reach out to you directly in order to schedule a suitable time. Cancellation Policy Booking & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: January 2025 1. Rescheduling or Cancelling • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend (no-show), no refund will be issued.
